Temperature Controllers

Temperature controllers enable the automated control of temperature in processes. We can provide temperature controllers that have different temperature sensor inputs (thermocouple, resistance thermometer). Temperature Controllers are available with different temperature ranges, outputs (on/off, proportional control, PID) and standard DIN sizes. Panel Thermometers

Peak Sensors has a range of panel thermometers which can offer very high accuracy and reliable temperature measurement. They offer minimum behind panel space requirements, have large LED temperature measurement indication, and are available in 230 volt AC or 115 volt AC. Temperature Test Caps

We have temperature test caps to verify the accuracy of type k thermocouple thermometers and P100 thermometers. Test caps can be provided at -18°C,0°C,+3°C,+70°C,+100°C. P100 come with a 5-pin binder connector and a guaranteed uncertainty of ±0.1°C and the type k thermocouple test caps come with a standard mini connector and a guaranteed uncertainty of ±0.4°C. Both types of test cap come with a traceable UKAS Certificate of Calibration. The type k thermometer test caps are available from our online store.

Dry-wells

The 3000 Series dry-wells allow users to check the accuracy of thermometers and sensors as a system on site, without the need for heavy, expensive equipment. The dry-wells are high accuracy portable heat sources which are extremely easy to use. Simply plug in, switch on and set the dry-well to the temperature that you wish to check, insert your probe into the correct size well and take the reading. Compare the temperature reading of your thermometer and probe to the displayed temperature of the dry-well and the difference is the error of your instrument. Stirred Water Baths

We have a low cost water bath that is ideal for checking the calibration of a wide range of instrumentation, including thermometers and data-loggers. The unit incorporates a built-in temperature controller with a LED display, heater and circulation pump. The stirred water bath will control the temperature of the water or oil over the range of ambient to +100°C. This product is available on our online store.
