Compression Fittings (aka Compression Glands)

The cheapest and most flexible way to insert a sensor into a process is through a compression fitting. The threads tend to be BSP, BSPT, NPT or metric, although others are available. All standard sensor sizes can be used with compression fittings. They tend to be made of Stainless Steel or Brass. Usually Stainless steel or Brass olives are used, but for some special applications, PTFE olives can be supplied to give some re-use.

We have some compression fittings on our online store.
